Do I need to return my free promotional item?
Got a sweet gift with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the freebies as well. Just make sure you select the promotional item when initiating your return at info@cotoopaxi.com.
If you’d like to keep the gift but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items. You can opt for a refund via store credit to keep your free promotional items as well.
Why can’t I return a final sale item?
We want to be upfront that, as noted in several places during checkout, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These deeply discounted items often sell out quickly and are discontinued once gone, which is why this policy is necessary. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a valued customer!
